Missing Item
An item is missing when the library catalog says it is available, yet the item is not there on the shelf. If you run into a missing item, please report it to the library staff, and we will search and hold it for you.
Materials Go Missing When……
- - the items are just returned
- - the other users are reading them in the library
- - the user misplaces the material in the wrong shelf
When You Find a Missing Item…
- Report the missing item by clicking the button
in the library OPAC. You will get the updates and developments on your reports in <My requests> tap.
